    Great video man! I laughed when you "Threw it away". My dash could use some help. A bic lighter would illuminate the cluster better at this point.

    what is all involved with removing the instrument cluster? I can see that it is held by the speedometer cable?

    You seem like a resourceful guy, Doc. Can you help us integrate a backup lens into the stock '65 Falcon tail light lens?

      @@DrArtshotrodrehab The wiring is relatively simple. My ranchero was not equipped with factory backup lights. Even if you spend over $300 on and LED conversion with a backup LED, no one makes the tail light lens with a clear lens for the backup light. While writing this, I got to thinking. I'll get back to you.

      Where are the bulbs located? Dad 60 ranchero panel isn’t lighting up

    How do you remove these bulbs on a 1960 ford ranchero? I can’t even wiggle it out and am trying not to break them?
    I want to replace the bulbs with an led version? These are the 1445 Sylvia oak bulbs
    Also is their a fuse for these bulbs somewhere?

      Being a 1960 you got a remember that these are 64-year-old sockets and sometimes yes you are going to break when trying to take them out with that you can always send me a picture of what you’re looking at to my email and there is a fuse for all the lights on a 60 Ranchero is it it is attached to the back of the headlight switch

      @DrArtshotrodrehab  Před 8 měsíci

      And then some of those they will pull straight out of the back instead of twisting off, the dress, tried to pull the whole light socket toward you with the dashboard on the bench

      On the bench not the dress spellcheck sometimes sucks

      I found out that these light bulbs you push in and twist. So I go them out. I canot get the dash lights to work even after replacing the bulbs. Do you have any videos on the fuse lights that are in the headlinght switch? @@DrArtshotrodrehab

    • @DrArtshotrodrehab
      @DrArtshotrodrehab  Před 8 měsíci

      @@MrManVR179 you need to ground the dash because the bulbs just have power and they get the ground side when the dash is screwed in so you need to run a jumper wire to the back of the dash to make sure your bulbs are working check that first before you go looking for the fuse

    What is the part number for the lights? Thanks

    • @DrArtshotrodrehab
      @DrArtshotrodrehab  Před 2 lety

      I don’t have the exact part number but if you go to eBay and type in 194 LEDs there’s bunches to choose from and they’re cheap and you can see they work very well
