I thought that was a 9.95 start value. How is it a text book 10? The 1 1/2 is a 10 start value. Either way I take nothing away from these young ladies. They are all great.
I think they need to tighten up the rules on how landings are scored. Too many just seem to bound away without showing the full stick. The so-called college stick needs to go.
I do hope they get deducted for the leg separation when they land, so ugly and really unfair to those who do it like they are supposed to do it. Looks so ugly, that goes for every event

So Kiya’s vault was the best one here, but Lynzee Brown’s landing is just insane...she landed it basically standing up without bent knees

Some leg separation is allowed in college it’s a safer landing position.
as long as they can get their heels together, there no deduction, its much safer as these gymnasts compete very frequenntly
