Absolutely not! I wonder why they call it tango
The lady's head and shoulders are much too far back, this is ridiculous. Not only for beginners but at any level! Also the man with his chest pushed forward and a huge arch in the back. Have people completely forgotten the teachings of Bill Irvine and his contemporaries?
Most begginers aren't even going to be paying attention to footwork, let alone body positioning, since just getting the steps in rhythm is hard enough for most people who are only starting out. So I don't think a Beginners Lesson video is the right place to be critical of that.
Of you watch more of the videos you can notice that those lessons sometimes include the Latvian Champions. They seem somehow linked to Mr smagris so if he is / was their teacher or they dance at the same school, I really doubt that some random person on CZcams has more Expertise.

That's the first thing I noticed, was how far back her head and neck are. Different teachers teach differently. Overall, a good, clear, video. Bravo!
Imagine misguiding all the unsuspecting beginners who genuinely want to learn the "REAL TANGO". This is misinformation. This is Ballroom. Not Tango, not "international tango".
Consider that words can have more than one meaning.
