I must say I enjoy your cooking everytime. Reminds me of my childhood in the country setting. People are commenting on, cleaning kitchen, and meat board. When you can't see beauty in simple living. Not sure why they think the outside kitchen would be the same as in doors... 🤷🏽♀️

I'm glad you specify that you were using 3lbs of shrimp but is only 1.5 after cleaning... most recipes tell you how many lbs of shrimp but doesn't specify whether it's weight before or after cleaning

Pepper shrimp is more a Chineses dish so we don’t use bhandania I have noticed no sweet peppers, tomato paste and ketchup haven’t seen soy sauce or fresh ginger and scallion otherwise nice going Mr Chef

I cannot comprehend how anyone could chastise persons for wanting a clean environment for food preparation. Would they purchase food to eat knowing it was prepared in an unclean setting? Well maybe that's their standard. We need to understand that these videos are on CZcams, which means the world is watching. What do we want to portray, that this is "country living"? Give me a break!
