The Backrooms are terrifying, and the horror game Escape the Backrooms captures that feeling perfectly. But what does this Backrooms multiplayer game hide behind the scenes and off camera? In this video we'll be covering the Lights Out, Thalassophobia, Cave, Water Damage, Darkened Suburbs, Bumper Crop, and the True Ending areas!
Escape the Backrooms is a multiplayer horror experience that lands you and your friends in an array of Backrooms inspired locations - where you must brave a variety of horrific entities while attempting to escape this liminal nightmare. Today we will be taking a look at some stuff we’re not typically supposed to see, like the entirety of 'The Thing on Level 7', and even some inaccessible content you probably didn't know was in the game! We’ll also be breaking a bunch of stuff as we go, and I mean REALLY breaking it - so I hope you enjoy today’s look behind the scenes of Escape the Backrooms.

Also no the textures of the shadow used to work but stopped due to an unknown issue. I’ve talked with people who had the same problem, perhaps the halloween patch messed them up.

The bot level was the end of the game in a previous update and this game was made by a CZcams and on multiplayer the animation don't look as weird

Always thought this game should have an Easter egg where if you can manage to clip out of the map you just go back to the normal world and the credits roll.

It is a threat I saw his video is said that the thing in level 7 can attack when you stay in a boat for too long

Game menager say that the yhing wasn't addet because it was to bugy. You can find it in the game files. But if every think will be right we are going to get this entity on release.
Can I reccomend doing a video on Dredge? It's a cosmic horror fishing game that takes place on the open ocean. alot of the monsters are hidden in the water, so I think it'd be interesting to see a video that shows the monsters full appearance.

All the monster are rendered using 2d images since you can only see them through the picture taking system.

i was just looking at ur channel to find another one of these videos. ive beaten this game multiple times and love it every time, i appreciate the work you're putting into your content, this game is goofy behind the scenes
I was in a hackers game a few weeks ago and we were teleported to the old level 7 which happens to be above the skybox of the normal level 7.
Same game but a bit later, we went to level 9 and apparently the moon is a solid sphere and is not a part of the skybox and so we were teleported there too which was kind of cool.
just saying, if someone here wants to make a game like this, you can do the same way as the creator did to make the fake 3d rooms!
1. get a cube.
2. invert it.
3. take a picture inside of it.

lvl 7 i think was what was supposed to be the monster that attacks you there because there are flare guns you can find in the map that i assume is supposed to distract said monster. when i played the map it seemed to cause alot of frame drop issues along with unable to use said boat and just swamp across without anything attacking probably why its unloaded was do to large frame drop issues in the level.

The incomplete version of Level 7 isn't actually an incomplete version of it but the original end to the game before the update

7:34 Why is it The Thing on level 7 is an Anglerfish, yet the original version is a dragonfish?
Maybe Fancy didn't think the monster design was going well? As the monster is a bit small.
Well because that monster is tiny.
@@James_Randal I'm not saying that the anglerfish isn't a better choice for The Thing, however the size of the dragonfish could've been changed to match that of the anglerfish or larger.
because there's two of them. What was supposed to happen was being in the boat too long results in the dragonfish thing attacking you, but they were apparently buggy enough Fancy has removed them for the time being.
But wouldn't that mean the monster even longer which would make it weird to look at? @@WARREN_G_III_Official

As far as I've heard, that lighting puzzle is very finicky. something as simple as playing on a higher or lower graphics setting can break or fix it.

The thing on level 7 looks absolutely inacurate, maybe authors just didn't like the picture, that is on wiki, and made their own......for me it looks not sinister enough
