Gemma I cant wait for a primark haul after lockdown!
This is the best healthy brownie recipe ever!!!
1 can chickpeas
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
Put it all in a blender together and blend until smooth then put in a baking dish with chocolate chips or whatever you fancy (Rolos or Minstrels are our favourite) and bake for 25-30mins on 180c. BEST gooey brownies ever, no refined sugar and we genuinely prefer them over ‘normal’ brownies now. Thank you for being a little ray of sunshine! Xxx
