Love, I’ve got to say, you are absolutely becoming one of my favorite creators. I’ve always enjoyed you on H3, but I’ve been watching your CZcams videos since you’ve moved and they’re all amazing. You have a personality that is just a joy to see. Seeing you thrive as a new young adult has been a fun journey and I can’t wait to see what your future holds.
Also, if you enjoyed the dijon mustard, you should try honey mustard. My favorite brand is Kens (since you’re not from the US I feel it’s important to give you a brand name to start with, kens is like the standard traditional American honey mustard). I love to put it on chicken breasts and just bake them. They’re delicious and it’s super easy. Sometimes I’ll make stuffing and put that on top of the chicken and bake them together so the stuffing can get crispy on top. It would be a good meal for you to make in advance too bc then you could have chicken breast to use for multiple other meals like cut up in a garden salad or a in wrap/burrito, chicken salad, lots of ways. And honey mustard is just a dang good dipping sauce. It’s my go to for chicken tenders and French fries.

Yeah ChatGPT is awesome for cooking. I'm recovering from acute pancreatitis and had ChatGPT generate a pancreatitis-friendly dinner recipe using ingredients that I have on hand. It was the best meal I've had in weeks.

My dutch mom taught me to make chicken cutlets (pounded; basically a cut of chicken small enough to cook evenly in a pan) bathed in egg and half panko and half flour dredge with seasoning. I put everything from oregano to sea salt to dill in there. It is soooo good I have made it at midnight because I needed it. In my opinion it is one of the highest forms of fried chicken.
It's fun to cook too, like making chicken pancakes, I like to eat them as I cook.
