I totally agree with you, I bought a graphic tablet and struggled with it a lot. So I put it away and went native to a paper and pencil, little by little it worked, and it's so motivating to go through all my progress to an empty paper

im Aussie too, I always overthink it and never do it, but im good, I love to learn the basics because it helps me start and then get the non perfection thing happening, theres no such thing, I really love painting landscapes of Australia and twisted gums.

Hello! So, I really enjoyed this video. I am EXTREMELY new to painting, and have decided to try my hand at it during the COVID-19 restrictions. I just finished it today, and I'm very happy with how my version came out, and am very grateful for the simple instruction, especially when it comes to color mixing.
Anyway, thanks for offering this video, and I will definitely be using more of your video to learn to paint!
