    In this video I discuss the benefits of adding Sole (pronounced so-lay) to your drinking water and my own personal experience with it. I also show you how easy (and inexpensive) it is to make your own sole in just a couple of minutes!
    UPDATE:
    1) In the video, I tell you to use the crystals vs ground. Disregard that, and use whichever you have. Both will give you the same effect and mineralize your water. 👊🏼
    2) There is some recent research, which suggests that Himalayan salt may contain unsafe levels of heavy metals. Since releasing this video, I've switched to Redmond's Real Salt and Celtic Sea Salt, which from my research at this time have lower levels of these contaminants.
    Here's a link to the Redmond's Real Salt: amzn.to/3smQkEk
    Here's a link to the Celtic Sea Salt: amzn.to/3JWjBLN

      I use only pink himalayan salt, as because of health have to take lots and lots of salt, plus sole water and I don't have high blood pressure, I'm not in America, no one will tell me I can't have salt, as love salty food, and gave up salt for years done my body no favours, not using salt and its a life saver for me

    My grandfather was a farmer his entire life (born in 1907) and I remember seeing him eating salt. He said it helped him when he was working in the fields (his little garden at that point, being retired from cotton farming). I have always eaten it, even though my husband thinks I eat too much. I have never had high blood pressure and I'm in my 60's now. I also don't eat processed food or fast food. That is probably key too.😊

      You were cramping because you needed salt-to replace what you were sweating out. You could have eaten a teaspoon of salt and got in the exact same results. You don't need fancy salt and fancy water with a fancy name... But then I guess it wouldn't be so fancy and nobody would do it.
      Go look at the ingredients on a bottle of Gatorade - You know, the stuff that athletes drink? Salt, plain old salt... Not himalayan, not pink, just salt.
      Absolutely ridiculous.

    I believe what your saying. I take meds for high blood pressure. I started restricting my salt intake, drank alot of water, trying to be healthier. One morning I woke up with sore finger joints. I asked Jesus to tell me what was wrong. He put the word sodium in my spirit and brought back and reminded me a year and a half before this my doctor told me my blood work showed low sodium. I started eating salt on a spoon, and after 3 days the pain left in my fingers. This was a miracle for me.

    Actually Sole wasn't made with Himalayan salt. The best salt to use with sole is Celtic gray salt. Celtic salt has 87 minerals. Celtic Gray salt is better. They are finding impurities in Himalayan salt because it is processed. it is mined. Celtic salt is not mined it is manually collected. Also Sole is made in a jar of water, 5 to 6 tsp salt to a quart of water. You then put a tsp from that into a glass of water. once a day. you can use distilled water also.

    • @tamyanderson8340
      @tamyanderson8340  Před 3 lety +4

      The sediment is just undissolved salt. Having salt remaining in the bottom of the jar means that your water is fully saturated and can’t absorb any more of the salt. As you use it and add more water, the remaining salt will disappear, but you’ll need to add more salt to the jar to be certain your water is fully saturated.

    • @tamyanderson8340
      @tamyanderson8340  Před 4 lety +11

      It sounds like your water must not be fully saturated. You'll know that the water is fully saturated if you can still see salt in the bottom of the jar. If all the salt is completely dissolved, then your water is likely not fully saturated, and this would explain why you needed to use so much. I use 1 tbsp in 16 oz of water, and it tastes mildly salty. You should taste a slight saltiness with just 1 tsp in 16 oz.

      Gilbert, make the sole water by adding the crystals to a quart jar (about 1/3 full), then filling the jar with filtered water. After about 24 hours or so, you'll notice that much of the salt crystals will be dissolved, and the water will be fully saturated with the salt. Use 1 tsp - 1 tbls in 16 oz of water (start w/ a lower dose and increase as needed). Add more water to your jar as needed, and when all of the salt crystals have disappeared, you'll know to add more in order to keep your water fully saturated.
