"Now is a gift, that is why we call it the present"
-Master oogway
That made me smile ❤
Also, a funny thing to think about the ball touching the ground and the inability to give a full list of all the atoms it is touching. technically it is touching no atoms... electrons do not touch each other. never. its not possible. Even if we simplify the model and think of electrons as tiny balls themselves. There will ever be empty space between any two objects and in fact between every atom as well
Planc time it's a time needed for light travel the Planc length 😊
13:29 kinda would like this to explain the dejavú feeling
This one really broke my brain. I understood it, but usually kurzgesagt videos seem like child learning videos. not this one. XD
Same here, this one was a tough one for me. Time is confusing haha
i do believe that the future exists and free will is an illusion. i also dont buy that quantum mechanics somehow prevents that. like, imagine the block universe, but imagine it has random dots all over everywhere like a sponge or bread. so the past and the future exists in the block, but theres also random stuff in every frame that doesnt really have temporal causes, they just exist randomly within all those points in time.
another thing i want to share is i think the way we experience time is relative to our lives. for instance, im 19 years old rn. i have experienced 19 years of... experience. you probably experienced more years than i have. but if we all started to experience experience at some point. so imagine a relative now that occured in the past, one thats moving towards the present but exists 19 years after you were born. this kind of "now" is relatively the same as my now because what it factors in is the amount of time the minds have experienced so far. idk if im explaining this well, but like, this relative now exists for everyone. like everyones 20th birthday exists within the same relative "now". the experience starts when it starts, and our experience clocks start ticking. your current relative now would be in my future, my current relative now is in your past. and when humanity and all life cease to exist, theres no experiencer to experience anything, so "now" wouldnt make sense. the "present" wouldnt exist. and the universe is just a block of time where theres a small segment where experience exists, where time makes sense. and with the rest of the block, time might as well be another spatial dimension
Exactly, the present is universal but it's speed is relative 👍🏻
I would love for you to do reaction for 'Does time exist? - Andrew Zimmerman Jones' it's a similiar topic and very intersting video overall
There's a difference between a dog not understanding arithmetic and humans never being able to grasp some ideas about reality. Dogs, with the right environmental conditions over millions of years, could develop larger brains and more intelligence, whereas we can not evolve to learn some concepts because we cannot physically leave our Universe.
I was just thinking of Master Oogway saying that and you said it 1 second later 💀
You cant say that humans will never understand... evolution is never finished. 50.000 years ago we couldn't do arithmetics either
I'm confused; where's the time paradox in this? Even with their fancy internet, the aliens can't talk to the past 'cause it's gone, ya know? It's just old info that's already history.
... I think the entire concept went over your head, which fair, it took me a bit to get too
@@queen-lilyorjiako268 can you explain to me what are they trying to say ☺️👍🏻
Bro just watch the video a bit more before interrupting it. You get ahead of the information and then you start to question things they havent mentioned yet.
I prefer this style of reaction. To each their own I guess
If you want to watch the original video uninterrupted then why are you watching a reaction channel?
