In addition, athletes trained in jiu jitsu discipline do not make tapping a matter of pride. During the day, they tapping so much in training that a kind of muscle memory develops.

They can all talk, but he’s the best lightweight in the world right now. Beat the 3 most dangerous competitors back to back to back. Chandler, Poirier, Gaethje. And that doesn’t include the other fighters he’s beaten on his resume. Just because he’s lost 8 times doesn’t mean he’s easy. Just because he’s gotten rocked by all 3 of his last championship fights doesn’t mean he’s easy. If anything it just means he wants to be entertaining and has the balls to go toe to toe with the most feared strikers in the UFC. That’s a real champion.

You know how many fights Khabib had in there? 13, less than half of his record. You know where most of the other fights were? In promotions runned Khabib's family and connections, with the porpose of promoting that Daghestany group of fighters. So you can say, that more than half of Khabib's fights were to pad up his record
So let's rewind, while Charles was facing the best fighters in the world, because all the best go to the UFC, Khabib was only padding up his record against guys with literal negative records. Some of them just fought Khabib and dipped, ffs
