岡山はソース焼きそばが甘口ソースなんですね。全体に甘口、私は焼きそばはウスターソースが馴染んでいます。ラーメンはストレート細麺でいいですね。東京埼玉はちぢれ麺、平打ち麺など色々ありますが、ストレート細麺は最近ないように思います、若い頃池袋の大きい中華店で食べてたオーソドックスなラーメンを思い出します🍜

Tendon in Japanese is not the same as tendon in English. If I am not mistaken Tendon is a tempura rice bowl. 😊
