Hello Nat! Oo nga ehh, last year kasi ilang months akong consistent talaga napopost at least 1 vid a week, but since Odette wal na. I was off on my posting 😅
My target EF is 100k that's the number na I think may peace of mind ako if anything happens esp. medical emergencies.
