Shark 2 speed sweeper vacuum review

Hey guys! I've done a review on this product a long time ago, but I felt that this truly needed an up to date review and a chance to post my usual 6 month update down the road. When I vacuum my carpet it turns off idk why and I have the setting on carpet and it's fully charged do you know why?

I see you posted the video about 3 months ago. Are you having trouble with your vacuum keeping a charge? I bought a new battery and it's still not charging just curious if that was an issue
