i tried a backflip once and ended up kicking my friend in the head, where he proceeded to fall back onto the table (we were at a pary) and KNOCK ALL THE FUCKING FOOD OFF, INCLUDING THE MASSIVE BOWL OF FRUIT PUNCH yea we got kicked out after that 😅

The "this thingy" was a move we always did as kids on the playground. We would use a vest or coat on the bar to make sure the turns would be smooth, so that you could do multiple in a row. We also did them backwards
When Ian did the front-walkover and stumbled back, it immediately brought me back to everyday when my friends would ask me to do a front-walkover at recess

My gym called it a stride circle
For me it was a mil-circle and I also knew it from level 3 :)
although I quit, but these vids still make me laugh
