- I'm just gonna send it. Overnight fishing adventure for some of the hardest to catch fish, tarpon. Took the microboat out the island jetties along with the camping supplies for an overnight survival fishing endeavor.

Dude. You just made me feel better. I was there for the first time yesterday with the same Penn 2500 reel (first time jetty fishing and I didn’t know better). I got spooled twice by monster reds. Camped pins many many times & always have "protective devices" with me. No cell service by yourself 40+ miles down the beach can make ya a bit paranoid.
