    Now that is what I call a good jet. I love the older 1940-1950's designs. Awesome. ☺

    That is the most beautiful T-Bird I have ever seen. A wonderfully built machine and gives me chills to see it glimmer in the sun as it streaks by. Wolfgang, you have a marvelous machine, indeed. Damn I wish I had the skills and the tenacity to create something as beautiful as your fine T-Bird. I tip my helmet to you!

    That was one of the nicest flights I have seen in a very long time. Very precise on the controls and a nice routine. The plane looked awesome in the sky. Your filming was as steady and as smooth as the flight...a winning combination Horst!
    Thumbs up my friend! 👍👍
    Cheers, Bob 😎

    Horst! Excellent video as usual! And while the original T-33 was a capable trainer in its day, I am pretty sure it did not possess the thrust to weight ratio that this beautiful model does. Mr. Wolf does an admiral job of flying this bird in a semi scale manner! Cudos and thanks for posting:)

    One more thing, I don't have a R/C Aircraft myself, can't afford one, but is there a rule that all the video's I've watched all seem to have the planes fly in a counter clockwise circuit?

    • @RCScaleAirplanes
      @RCScaleAirplanes  Před 7 lety +1

      Peter Szarow _Hello Peter._
      First of all, I like to thank you for watching and commenting.
      The only rule of flying counter clockwise is:
      The wind direction, the orientation of the airfield (N-S / E-W) and on which side of the airfield the pilot is taking place, are the keys which gives you the best indication of which direction you have to start and land.
      All the airfields shown in my videos upload this year was in East-West direction and the wind was blowing from west (right hand side to me). The pilots (and me) was always at the northern part of the runway with the face in the sun.
      Once staring from left to the right, it's not allowed to overfly the runway. This means that the airplane have to turn left after airborne.
      In order to land against the wind direction, the plane have to come in from the left (east).
      _I hope my answer was helpful_ 😎

      Doesn't take much to get in the air these days...with electrics and all. Also, if you go to www.modelaircraft.org you can find an RC club near you and get advice and help getting started. Electrics are the way to start.
