What are the Home remedies for teeth sensitivity?
Heal Receding Gums and Grow Back | Treat Sensitive Teeth and Reverse Receding Gums | Gingivitis
Holding position of the brush is important. You just hold with two or 3 fingers and start brushing with gentle circular motion. Holding with 2 fingers automatically reduces the pressure you put on the teeth. Use little circular motion for front teeth and back forth motion for back teeth.
Do this step in the morning. Brushing two times a day is important.
1. Rinse off your mouth. Take 1 tablespoon or little more of water and toss in a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Now rinse off your mouth with this. This will flush out your mouth and prepares it for next step.
2. Step 2 is Oil pulling with Ayurvedic solution. Take 2 tea spoons of sesame oil or coconut oil in a mortar & pestle system. Toss in a little over half tea spoon of Cloves into it. Now crush it gently. Clove and sesame oil/coconut oil combination works efficiently for all teeth and gum diseases. Now strain this oil. You can make this sesame clove oil in large amount and store it. Now, mix 1 tea spoon of this with 1 tablespoon water. Do oil pulling with this solution for 1 minute in the beginning. Over the days you can do oil pulling for 3 to 5 minutes also. It’s basically swishing this solution, b/w gums and teeth quickly. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurveda remedy that works like miracle for all teeth and gum diseases. This helps in clearing off plaque, bacteria and prevents diseases like gingivitis. Not only that, it heals the receding gums and helps them to recover and grow quickly. Once we are done, spit it out.
3. Step 3 is applying Garlic Gel Take 1 teaspoon of garlic. Add equal amount of salt and little water, to make it thick paste like this. With the help of fingers, just gently apply this on your gums and teeth going in circular motion. Wait for 1 minute and rinse off your mouth with fresh water. Garlic has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can heal gum infections and tooth decay. You should not eat anything 1 hour before or after this remedy. This remedy not only prevents receding gums, but also treats sensitive teeth and provides teeth whitening.

Soak two table spoon of vendhayam (Fenugreek) n one teaspoon of udaitha padipayaru (green gram) overnight and make a paste next morning. Add some curd, mix well and apply on scalp n hair. After half an hour or one hour wash thoroughly without shampoo. Rinse well. U can use warm water or normal water for hairwash. U will have smooth silky hair without any dandruff

@@kirthika3564 i understand the mechanical vibration will mildly shake and weaken the roots of teeth and unbearable pain will persist even upto one year. so one must be careful before u.s. cleaning unless it is medically unavoidable for further loss of teeth. all dental related treatment will empty our bank account, my friend said. so we must gargle after any eating, brushing thrice after meals, changing the brushes frequently, etc. more oral care is a must. brushing our teeth should not exceed ONE MINUTE. before night sleep saline gargling is a MUST and we must be addicted to it. many of us don't know sodium chloride (common salt) is combination of sodium and chloride. chloride is clorin i.e. bleaching powder we use. so we must be very careful. meeting a dentist is unavoidable. so it is better to get treatment in dental colleges or hospitals for poor people and EWS people. rich people have no problem. they can have real gold teeth. gain knowledge on reading dental related literature to protect your teeth.

@@kirthika3564 hello, if your teeth are coated with heavy calcium deposits and dirty with foul smell, then it is better to clean at least once in lifetime. if decided to clean, first buy Gumtone ayurvedic tooth powder from medical shop and use it for 15 days or one month. it is to strengthen your gum. during cleaning and after few days there will be bleeding. strengthening gums will heal and arrest bleeding to some extent. better you get cleaning (scaling) in a dental college or hospital. don't worry. that's all.

I also tried oil pulling with sesame oil we can do coconut oil I have yellowish layer on my teeth ... I tried this for oral health but I felt difference on my tooth ..oil pulling best for oral hygiene. I have fluorosis problem so I ah e maintain my oral health.
