DPWH workers set up scaffolding under Kamuning-EDSA flyover

Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) subcontract workers start setting up scaffolding under the Kamuning-EDSA southbound flyover in Quezon City, on Thursday, April 25, as part of the retrofitting construction that will last for almost a year.
