Due to the time constraint that they had to perform the song they had to cut the raps out that was not their decision! So ease up and just enjoy the singing and dance choreography they did outstanding
They cut RIGHT at Ricky’s legendary part in the Can You Stand The Rain performance yet Mike was able to ha e his part at the end. It makes sense not to have Ronnie and Mike’s long verses here but on Can You Stand The Rain Ricky was left in the cold.

I loved seeing them in the 80’s with LL Cool J, in Minneapolis when black concerts rarely happened here.
