I think most of the popstars that turned 40s have toned down their choreography. Even Beyoncé who's known for her high energy dance moves was more relaxed and chilled on her Renaissance tour.
Except for the chorus, which most of pop artists do, it sounds pretty live to me. Gotta listen to the coming performances. On the ten tour it was clearly lipped, but the coreo was a tough one.
