🔆 Only need 3 ingredients: (1 serving)
1. Egg … 1 pc
2. Whole Milk … 130-140ml
3. Sugar… 2-3 tsp
🔆 Important note:
1. The recipe is for one person, you can make more as needed
2. Eggs are the most important ingredients in stewed eggs. The new era eggs used in the film are made of high-quality feed. The egg fragrance and protein are very good. The result is very tender and smooth. If you are interested, you can follow it.
3. The amount of fresh milk is 130-140ml, which is actually related to the size of the egg you use
4. It is best to use whole milk for stewed eggs. Skim or half-fat milk is not recommended, which will affect the flavor of stewed eggs.
5. The milk needs to be heated until it is hot, not hot. You can use a microwave oven, or you can cook the fresh milk on a low heat
6. After the water boils, turn to low heat and steam the eggs for 9-10 minutes. The fire will be different for each person. You can adjust the time through practice.
