How do you manage to put a part on one side of a vice and not have it shift around when Milling? Light Cuts, Clamped Very Tight or just Lucky?

What type of cutter are you using at 2:18?
Looks like a T-slot cutter with teeth radiused to be concave.
@@huntingsgr8 It's a concave cutter. It's actually a cutter designed for a Win M70 extractor cut, but it worked well for this application.
