Hi Debbie! That dress is adorable I love those ribbon straps on it as well. Oh my gosh, I love Betsey Johnson. I have two of her purses that go around the waist. One is plaid and leopard with a heart in the center and the other is leopard sequins. I have some of her socks and they precious and are so soft. I love her whimsical designs and how she mixes florals and leopard prints. Your table looks beautiful! I love that you layered those placemats. I love how those napkins and both placements bring out the colors in those plates. The combination with the yellow runner is lovely. Those blue glasses as well as the flatware add such a nice touch. I love those napkin rings. That shell center piece is so fabulous. What a fun idea. I always heard that when your cholesterol is high it’s a sign that your body is healing the little tears that things like salt do to your arteries. Not sea and Himalayan salts those other salts. Whenever I would ask my doctor something that he wasn’t allowed to answer. He’d say, “Well, you know better than I.” As in “wink, wink.” I used to ask the pharmacist things for my mom. They don’t seem to have those same restrictions Also, the owner of a local health food store. ❤️

I don't know what to eat!
I started easily eating bacon and eggs, sausage, hamburgers, roast, wings, salmon and tilapia, chicken breasts, steaks, etc the biggest struggles for me at first were loss of crunch, so I have flavored pork rinds on hand. When I am craving sweet which I don't if I stay on it, I have zero carb jello. I also unhealthily drink diet soda...not something I recommend but I still do.

Actually the layered placemats can be made the way that the layered table runners are actually purchased. One smaller place may placed on another larger one. 😮
