1:12 I’d definitely be curious to know why the smaller costs more. 🤔🤔 I definitely like the studios that have some sort of sectioning vs 1 big room. 7:26 That view!! 😍 - even the little one seemed to love it lol. The sunroom is pretty cool too.

I have learned that the higher up the apartment is the more expensive it is at most apartment communities. I think that was probably why. For example, in general an apartment on the 6th floor would cost more than one on the 2nd floor. I didn't even think to ask at that community though.
