I think it is awful that people are asking 2,500 dollars for a studio. Corporate greed is alive and doing well in this country.
How to reach you
I have to say that I live in DTLA in a high rise apartment. In my master bath to accommodate my disability, they had to remove my bathtub and it absolutely works for me. My guest bath still has a large tub in it. Also, instead of a stackable washer & dryer, I have an all in one-again, I truly LOVE IT-I don’t have to leave my apartment or worry about getting enough coins to collect for laundry day!
2:54 I really prefer having a balcony because I like being able sit outside, especially during sunrise and sunset. 🌅 😎 6:02 Love the city view 🙌 Side note: There are these ‘micro-loft’ styled studio apartments in downtown LA called Studio House. I'm not sure if you've already toured them or heard of them but I'd be interested to see a tour of them and to hear your thoughts! They're on Olive st. if you get the chance to. 🙂

No, it's not. I did tour A (meaning singular) cheap $1500 studio apartment and I did tour 3 apartments in Los Angeles.

Most likely not. But It’s also hard to answer that question since you will not be moving for a few years. The housing market is always increasing so it’ll most likely be much higher than what it is now. Check out apartment search websites and enter your budget.

High rise tend to be more expensive than a regular apartment complex especially with fees and parking
High rises also only tend to be in big cities so yes ofc.

You can find a few studios for under $1500 in downtown LA.
I love studios that have a separated space or door. I've tour studios that are actually more expensive than the latger units so its not necessarily the price point for me. I don't need alot of space so l prefer studios or smaller bedrooms. I'm originally from SoCal and l went to high school in Santa Monica.
I absolutely also love studios with separated spaces but I also feel that separated spaced can make the studio look smaller than with an open layout.
