Masindi District is a melting pot of cultures, with many tribes from across the country living in harmony. It's believed that atleast 56 tribes from all corners of Uganda settled in Masindi and were largely attracted by the fertile soils that support agriculture and the hospitality from the indigenous Banyoro people.
