Hey dear, please do be careful with agencies, only use those that do not ask for any payment from you, as payment is a big red flag.

@@emily9539 no Emily, they recently changed their requirements for registrations, I'll drop a video on that soon. But no you do not need the experience, as when studying nursing you are already exposed to clinical postings.
