I'd be around 4-600 on the cleanup and $85 for weekly 110 for biweekly mowing
i useually charge by the size from $25.00 and up depends on sizes for fall,spring summer mowing and clean ups and drive ways and parking lot sweeping and other stuff

I wanted to let you know that the spring clean up is around 2,000.00 since there is beds and also a lot of pine cones and leaves from trees. I would think that the weekly mow would be around 150.00 per mow.

I changed our lawn care company last year not so much because of the quality of the work, but they just would not return calls email,or text. I would have simply questions or requests and being ignored was frustrating. Communication is the key to quality service and problem resolution. Good relations leads to good referrals.

We had a similar truck at the company I work for in Columbus oh .it had a cage at the top of the bed of the truck and it fit blowers and trimmers with a pad lock on it was really convenient like the videos man
If I was doing that one the clean up would be around 850 -1000 and 200- 350 for the mowing, trimming, edging if needed and blown off.

I wanted to let you know that the irrigation that you are seeing are 12" popup heads. Those are out of the ground and then when the water is sent thru the line the center part will pop up what you are seeing is the case.

Spring cleanup $1600, probably a 3/4 to full day for you and TQ even with another helper. Weekly lawn care at $180/cut. I didn't catch the acreage, but it looks like a similar property I have in my area at appx 1.5-1.75 acres.

People that shop companies are solely looking for the cheapest price usually they don’t care about quality or anything except the cheapest price which I will never be
