The neighbor was like “Go ahead”, I don’t think he cared if the other neighbor would mind them mowing it or not, he was tired of looking at their side of the yard. His side is nice , going to plant flowers even. Glad you did their yard, I’m sure they will be thankful as well. Nice new mower, do you like it better than the Gravely? Q: Why didn’t you guys do the whole yard not just the front but the back lawn also since both needed to be done and it would have given your work a more polished finish? Wife and I watch mowing from two in Florida, Kansas, Idaho, two in Texas(you and one in CC) and one in Tennessee.We also watch three from Australia. Yep we know addicted lol. Here in the States y'all are the BEST of the ones we watch. You do the extra "little things" that the others hit and miss on doing. Your Dad is the "KING" with a weed eater and machete. Like two little elves busy repairing but instead of shoes it's a lawn and garden. I trust the residents of the Duplex show their appreciation by keeping it cut and tidy in the future.

Congratulations on finding a lost storm drain and renewing its function. That will help the neighborhood. I hadn't thought of living in a duplex and what it would be like to have a neighbor who was unable to do their share of basic upkeep. Thank you for the relief you provided for this space and the neighbors. Those are neatly cared for lawns nearby. 15:45 Watching the sun and knowing you are running out of daylight, and then I was noticing how remarkable the change is becoming and that this home is on a lot on a corner with a lot of traffic, so many will be cheered by your efforts. Raising the tree and cleaning up the (hay) mowed were nice finishing actions. Those were very good Before and After pictures at the end. Great work done.

Gosh, what an amazing transformation💚It always disgusts me how much loose garbage accumulates on these unkempt yards, especially on street corners. It surprises me that either the city or the HOA were not on top of the storm drain being totally covered up.
I imagine that person was dumbfounded when he came home to a beautifully manicured yard. Another incredible job. Well done you guys☀️✨🌻
