- "How many people you know that got AIDS?"
That's the question Tre asks his friends Kevin and Dayne after he expresses a desire to have unprotected sex with a girl at school. It's quickly determined between the three high school seniors that they only know of one person with HIV. Tre decides that’s enough evidence to prove that the likelihood of contracting HIV is small unless you live a promiscuous lifestyle. A chance encounter with this HIV-positive man changes Tre’s perspective and causes him to re-examine his own sexual history. He quickly discovers that their sexual pasts may not be as different as he thinks.

We need more of these short films shown in high school
yes! 100 percent, its very important
True
While this film is very important for HIV awareness and prevention, female to male HIV infection has a 0.05% chance, per act.
Yeah but that’s irrelevant to mention if it’s still a possibility. Comments like this sway people from being careful bc they see it as less of a risk. 0.05% is still a risk.
@@scarlettmasin1204 yes, female to male HIV infection can, and unfortunately sometimes will happen, but the fact is an HIV+ female infecting an HIV- male, is much much lower, and as we know a female infecting a male, based on the make up of females and males is much more harder to transmit.
@@Mr.Majestic77 trust me, I know I’m just saying this video is to encourage people to get tested, your comment is kind of counterproductive
@@scarlettmasin1204 no intention to counterproductive lol. I have worked as Medical Lab Technologies for the VA that does the testing for multiple pathogens.
I get what you're saying. I know someone who got aids from a woman. It's messed up because she knew she had it.
Is this based in the 80s when aids first came out because they didn’t have Mobil phones in the 80s.
Who told you that?
😂😂😂 his ass ain't even jump high enough to dunk
Thank you for the upload & awareness❣
Yes very good film 🎥 😊
the film was really informative and empathetic. The team did a great job!. Although seem to normalize romance and 'safe sex'. Meanwhile, thanks Sade Oyinade for uploading this important film.
Amazing film great message
It’s not common that high schools have that
*Detroit has entered the chat*
Great job JERRY BROWN! 🦾🦾🦾🦾🔥🔥🔥🔥
9 times out of 10 a man dont catch hiv from a women… they catch it from a man. This film could’ve been so much juicer ☺️🤣
So here's what happens a man gives it to a woman one night stand usually takes it home to her husband doesn't use protection because It is his wife's p**sy. That's how that female to male transmission happens usually.
