Govt has to do more than just campaigns and talks. Workplace toxicity and overworking contributing to burnt out and depression is real. For those who can’t effort medical will just suffer in silence. Lack of unemployment benefits as well is unacceptable for a rich country.

Please allow me to share this interview. I have been following Project Green Ribbon for quite awhile now, and I am confident that you are headed in the right direction. I am 41 reaching 42 years old, too old to seek support with you, but I am happy to spread the word so that kids know that they are not alone in this. Thank you Anne and co for keeping this project alive, it matters alot to me and perhaps others too.

What cause a huge rise in mental health issue among youngster these days. Workplace toxicity ? overworking ? those culture have been existed for many generations it is not anything new. Yet cases of mental health back then were low to non existence. in fact most Older generation of today's society don't even have this issue it is only the young generation.

LKY gently suggested meditation from a young age. That is the key being easily ignored and havent been tried on a global scale. Psychiatric/counselling/therapies can only go as far as personality/conditioning adjustments within the boundaries of specific societal norms which allows an individual to sufficiently manage day to day. But the very root of misery is not being worked upon. Even the founding father of psychological analysis (Freud) had a certain trigger to go into a fit and he never let anyone psycho analyze him. Its good and it works for many and it is expensive just like the mrna jab, you take it and remain not so healthy yet not so sick, just enough to get by. But the root has never been looked at. Clear evidence is the overall condition of this planet and its inhabitants. Is it actually working? Is it getting better? Psychology, religion, anti-religion, science etc.

The central thrust of most of the arguments seems to lie in the need to “preserve a corruption-free political system, and to maintain a political culture that does not tolerate corruption.” The PAP MPs, in their propensity to believe that their Parliamentary ascendancy is good for the country, are hence more inclined to institute a system of internal self-regulation rather than be subjected to independent regulation by an opposition force.

When you put 6 million people in a tiny island, you will go mental. At least HK has some nice mountains to go.

The person will gain staisfaction from perfprming religious matters. Buddha teaches people the way of living. Right teaching on morality donation and meditation are in Theravada Buddhism.
