      I don't know some of these scholastic IQ tests really tickle me I always believe that when you're a genius there are different types of genius levels and that there is room for all of our talents here on Earth but I fail to see the notion of what sets people who are highly smarter than I am or stupid in many ways and don't use their gifts or their talents and smarts to help others where it is is that they like to manipulate and look down on others or less fortunates in themselves I see this as a struggle but there are also other ways to outsmart people with high I accused as well I always say to myself I have many skills I'm never without or a lack of knowledge there's so much to be learned but when you have a high IQ and you are above that of everyone else and you can do anything you want it starts to come to mind who's smarter than someone else I always like to compare people to that of a fifth grader are you smarter than this 5th grader that's what the challenge I put to in my head and see them challenging a fifth grader to see what they know or what they missed and their studies in school or out of school getting a 1500 on the SATs really qualifies you to be better than everyone else because you've studied and everything else has made sense and the point of view of rather not are you gifted do you have the chance to go to a prestigious ivy league university or a community college where people look down on you because your education doesn't mean anything to that of someone who goes to an ivy League college I feel like this is a challenge in every way when it is a challenge to me I always say to myself that you run a ship with your head and not your hands and you learn to think fast or either drowned when it comes to running the starship Enterprise and bully going where no man has gone before I would say when you want to become a genius you can tap into it it no longer has to be a DNA saying of someone rearing you as a child and then all you have this gift that makes you better than anyone else on Earth to me I always feel that in some ways there's always favoritism in destruction and jealousies that comes along with being a genius but I say that's completely bull because when it all comes down to it there are always ways to outsmart someone without them ever seeing it coming I call this academic guerrilla warfare.

    As a doctor 😭 i can just cry, cry when you related the decrease in brain function to oxygen levels , why does everyone have to be an expert
    Yes exercise keep brain health but that's because, in simple words:- because something like running reinforces your mother neurons function and if you have a good diet with that , then there are chemicals that are actually responsible for functioning of each neuron and if adequate intake of those molecules can let the body assign more of it to reinforce that chemical exchange (availability increases function get more efficient) , so no oxygen dont have nothing to do with its ,in fact a experiment was done where a group of old PPL were given adequate oxygen for a period of time and there was just a slight difference when compared to others who had just the regular air to breath

    Become better at critical thinking, ask better questions, create a process of solving problems, increase bdnf levels, don't play soccer or combat sports when you are getting punched in the head, improve anaerobic capacity, breathe throw the nose, and do intermitted fasting. I have increased my IQ with this protocol and still increasing. That you say that physical exercise only slows cognitive decline is so dumb. It also improves cognitive performers in people who are still growing and developing.

    • @Alan-xl7nc
      @Alan-xl7nc Před rokem +2

      Kia ora! Though I'm not the person you've addressed the question to, I could give you a couple of tips that might help.
      To improve on your English itself, prioritize reading and watching some documentaries (and not movies, as eliminating slang for now is probably best, and because of the other ill effects of watching movies itself that relate to over-stimulation) in English. This will help you expand your vocabulary, especially if you make sure to highlight every new word and learn more terminology as time progresses. It will improve your English in general (and perhaps, subconsciously).
      The other tip is networking. Expose yourself to people that are fluent in English and those that don't exactly judge your ability to converse in English, as this will help you feel more confident. Making sure you expose yourself to as much English as possible will significantly help you over time.
      Finally, to improve on nervousness and confidence, there are many ways to do it. For example, you could play a music instrument, and if you have to play on stage or in public often, it will help your confidence as you eventually become accustomed to it. The same could go for sports, especially with sports like tennis and badminton where it's a 1v1 situation and you're put under pressure to win. The kind of pressure in these areas will initially be difficult to deal with, but it gets easier over time. And if you have a passion that requires some sort of confidence, I would recommend you to continue practicing it as you eventually get over things like stage-fright and lack of confidence, and it could potentially help you with your English as well.

    • @matt_is_life
      @matt_is_life Před rokem +1

      Not really. IQ is generalized intelligence, so if your performance doesn't increase in other areas that measure IQ it doesn't count. The games mentioned in the video make you better at that specific game and slightly better at games that are similar, but have no effect on performance in other IQ games/tests.

    • @dulappen494
      @dulappen494 Před rokem +1

      No, because intelligence isn't the same as knowledge. Gaining more knowledge doesn't increase your iq.
      You can think of iq as the horsepower of your brain. It determines your "computing" power.

    The only 'genius' Elon has is milking tax subsidies and hiring the right talent. He's a brand builder con man. 'Con'=Confidence. Tesla blows up, spears a driver on guardrail, mows down women and baby stroller, Musk launches AI autodriving with $10,000 deposit.
    He uses that to pay legal fees. He gets in a cash flow bind, he blows up one of his rockets for insurance. Don't believe me?
    You should have watched his Sunday Live stream Pump and Dump with Dorsey and Woods. 2 hours of tech talk, buy Tesla, buy Twitter then Woods closes with Buy All of the Things ARK and Crypto.
