- The first video of 2021, this Amazone UX 11200 trailed sprayer by Wiking had been chosen by one of you in the comment section.
2020 saw many planned releases either put back or delayed for dates in 2021, most notably the Claas Lexion series by MarGe Models. Until these models are made available we look to the back catalog of whats available now and a chance to produce videos that have been pushed down the listed of things to do. What do I expect for 2021? hopefully an avalanche of new scale models for us to choose from. Manufacturers need their models on the shelves and they need them to sell.
Amazone have never looked to just one model manufacturer when it comes to scale models, over the past 2 years we have seen pieces by ROS, a number of models by Universal Hobbies, along with older releases like the UX 11200 by Wiking.
The UX11200 comes in standard Wiking packaging. Inside there is the model itself along with a separate pto shaft. As seen in the video, Wiking have placed functionality on the top of the spec list.
Looks especially well when paired with the new JCB Fastrac 8330. Most of the model is constructed from plastic though well finished with spray and hydraulic lines running the length of the folding booms. The boom is height adjustable offering a spring loaded tilt function.
