IN YOUR BODY portrays the dual nature of humankind, showing both its creative, innovative and visionary power and its capacity to exert control and obtain economic advantages at any price.
This immersive show fuses dance, music, multimedia, and participatory performance to explore the history of global, standardized food production and its impact on people and the environment.
Throughout the work, the dichotomy between technological progress and its consequences is highlighted. Taking as its starting point the history and development of multinational chemical-agricultural companies that currently control food production worldwide, the performance delves into the human emotions that arise from this situation. It intertwines these emotions in a dynamic scenario, where performing arts express the delicate line between genius and madness, nature and technology.
