    中筋面粉 125g (可以制作14个 3*9cm)
    冷水(或冰水)70ml
    冷无盐黄油块 100g
    糖粉 15g
    盐 2g
    适量蛋液
    适量杏仁片
    烘烤温度和时间:180℃/356℉ 热风烘烤15分钟

    Cold water (or ice water) 70ml
    Cold unsalted butter 100g
    Icing sugar 15g
    salt 2g
    Egg liquid for egg wash
    Almond Flaked as required
    Baking time & temperature: Bake at 180°C/356℉(Fan forced ) for 15 minutes
