So here it is guys! Straight off the heels of 40K Subscribers, I'm proud to show off my last Bendy SFM animation for a little while, Gospel of Dismay. This song's been the most requested song for this channel ever since it came out, so I hope that it was worth the wait! Build Our Machine was one of the main reasons why I got into CZcams so it seemed fitting to accompany my break from BATIM by doing it's sequel. No matter what happens in the future with CZcams considering it's recent problems with monetization and what's considered family friendly, I'm gonna keep doing this no matter what as it's bringing me nothing but joy as of late. Thank you all, so much. It means the world.
(I also want to mention that if some shots look a little wonky/seem boring compared to others, those are the ones that got finished AFTER I decided to be a complete loony and damage my right arm a few days ago. It hurts a lot so both not being able to animate well + not being able to come up with any good ideas other then cutting off my arm = fun times -_-)

This better have a part 2. I love how this looks for every reason. Though some scenes look off-putting, the majority of the video make up for the flaws. Big ups my man

A 2017 animation and a song that was meant for chapter 2 somehow perfectly captures BaTIM damn-near perfect.

The knockout from the fall transitioning into the dream, man. The dream itself, it really describes the mindset change Henry had taken between the first three chapters and the last two. He was merely looking for a way out, but soon took it upon himself to not just save Boris.. But to put a stop to it all. The scene where he opens the door and gets thrown in is kinda what I believe to be a perfect representation of the slow change of mind. And that last look of determination before the cut to the forest was just that kind of "I know what I have to do now" sort of thing. And the forest scene, how the cartoons basically spoke to him directly.. It just represents that sort of realization that Henry probably had when meeting Tom and Allison. The 'cartoons' in the studio aren't just creations anymore. The rising sequence also helps this, just giving off more a "they're living, and they shouldn't have to when this is the world they live in." And I wouldn't be surprised if Henry woke up like that in chapter 4, with that pure look of determination.

This has so much emotion and story, I actually am feeling sympathy. I saw the smile Henry gave them when they were on the platforms, and though it was a small smile it meant alot. Well done.

Source Film Maker doesn't come CLOSE to preparing an animator for the grueling work that goes into professional 3D animation. And even for SFM, this animation has a lot of flaws.
I don't mean to devalue Coda's work in any way. Even if I pointed out a hundred animation errors in this video, I'm sure Coda would be able to point out a hundred more that I missed. After all, he's probably seen each shot a hundred times over with how much time he put into this (not to mention his broken arm, that's gotta be a detractor)
Generally speaking, it's better to give an animator a wall of criticism then tell them they're Disney worthy after they've only been making videos for less than a year.
Oh, and Coda, if you're reading this, I want you to know that I really appreciate you making this! It's always fun to see how these songs can be re-imagined by other people :) I hope your arm gets better, and remember to keep improving your craft no matter what!

A couple of Henry's movements/body proportions got a bit stiff/unrealistic, specifically during the endless falling part, but overall the animation was pretty well done. Definitely better than what I would've made.

When henry saw Sammy and the door it represents weird heaven. When Sammy pushed him it means "WAKE UP" the forest meant he was almost dead but when he was going he was waking up from it to face reality then he wakes up and knows wat he must do
