- Check out this Hight End Inspired Entry & Bath Shelf includes Dollar Tree Basket! These shelves retail well over $100, but I recreated it for under $15! As always, all of the projects I create have complete supply list below, so you can easily use it for reference as you gather your supplies!
This project is built with 1x4 lumber, but you can opt for 1x8 lumber if preferred. Be advised 1x8 lumber is about 3 times the cost.
Adhesion: I used heated wood glue for a quick bond for this project, and follow up with wood screws. For the double boards be sure to secure with nails or flat metal brackets on the underside, as well as a wood glue if you plan to have heavy weight bearing decor.

@@anntowle1706 YES ME TOO!! OMG, her videos are 1 of the 1st "crafting" CZcams videos I saw that encouraged me to "tap" into my "crafty" side. I've always wanted to be "creative" & try to make things on my own, but never really knew how or where to begin, so I started painting on canvases & creating that way, But when I saw an older video from Dee where she created a beautiful white farmhouse bench 😍😍🥰 I fell in love w/crafting at that moment. Dee, makes it simple enough for my 13yr old daughter to follow along & create something beautiful. Actually my daughter just had her 13th birthday last weekend & 1 of her surprises was a sleepover with some of her 🥎 teammates & they did a "crafty" project to take with them & hang in their room as a "thank you gift" & a reminder of the event. I created something simple but fun & They absolutely loved it! They want me to have a craft day with them lol.

I enjoy them so much. I am decorating my home (still🤦🏾♀️) and all your wall pieces I have on my list "to-do" for 1 of my rooms in the house or I've already done & it's hanging up in my house now. 😊 This project has been definitely been added to the list for my daughter's bathroom. I will be attempting to complete this project along w/another wall decor piece you did last year, this week/weekend w/my daughter. She asked if we could do this one for her bathroom together, 🥰❤😊 I love it, b/c that's our "mommy/daughter" bonding time. When they turn 13 you take anytime you can get from them, if you want to craft & bond baby girl, momma got you! 😊❤🤣

Really nice. I watch you all the time but my home is farmhouse glam. I use a lighter stain, white paint and gold accents. For this I would make this it in white for myself and use the gold baskets. You always have such great ideas!

I am definitely going to be trying this for my entry way! The only thing I would do differently would be to use hardware to support more weight for Jackets and coats.
If you plan to have more than 40lbs be sure to mount this in studs! :)
