老哥你知道哪里可以买到92年的猪脚吗?我想买, 因为我觉得92年的猪脚更好吃, 你可以节省八角, 蚝油, 尤其是92年的啤酒, 炒的步骤都可以省掉, 1992年猪脚立即放入高压锅中, 蚝油、干辣椒、老抽 , 慢煮45分钟, 打开盖子后, 再慢煮15分钟,让酱汁变稠, 那么你就可以把 1992 年的啤酒留着干杯了!
一開始豬腳煮20分鐘之後再 清洗 不贊同 只要煮開 泡沫也出來了就可以拿出來清洗 這是 專家說的 之後的料理我都讚同 煮20分鐘的過程 浪費瓦斯 就是浪費資源 不贊同
煮20分钟和煮开即用的区别在于腥味是否去除的干净,有些人吃不出腥味所以觉得没必要😂

基本煮法都不对,二次湯汁都不要,那来猪脚香味,全都是佩料味道,那来原汁原味!
认真看,第一次的汤汁他没有使用。第二次的汤汁就是煮猪蹄的,猪蹄可以吃,汤汁里面很多胶原蛋白自然也可以吃。不然黄豆猪蹄汤也要把汤都倒了么😂

Sebelum masak, Trotter atau Pirk Nuckles kena marinate dengan tepong ubi kayu 5 sudu, 20 minutes. Baru mula memasak, bukan semua orang Asia suka bubuh Beer, haya Orang Taiwan dan Negara Cina suka recipu tersebut.. Ok.. Gd job !

这样做对营养规律是不对的..第一次顿20分钟的汤水倒掉 (浪费)。。另外肉类食品太多次煎熬很容易变质导致癌病..口感重要但是更重要的是健康,这只是我个人的观点而已
