For those wondering why it doesn’t have one; it’s because the round wheel can detect your hands touching it. It’s used for the driver assistance features, mainly the active lane guidance as you need to touch the wheel every so often to confirm you’re still conscious as it’s not a fully automated car. The flat bottomed wheel doesn’t currently have that functionality, but it may well do in the future. Hope that clears it up 😊
Totally depends on the model. Would take an S3 over an M23i or CLA, would take a 5 series over an A6 or E-Class, and would take an AMG GT over an M8 or R8.
Not directly related to a drive test. But did/do you get a sense of S3 inventory levels or arrivals at dealerships? The A3 model (s) seem to be arriving but not the S3. It's also my understanding that the well designed and functional Audi App does not work with these cars. It's more directed at the Q and etron models. 🇩🇪
Good review, did the car come with adaptive dampers, in the UK it comes with a passive setting and on bad British roads the ride quality is poor for its price segment.

With the S Sport Package (equipped here), it does have adaptive dampers

Ambient lighting is an option, and yes, red is included.
