Gibi is clearly speaking to a girl because of the way she applied the makeup (too thick to be a guy) so she could have said: "do you know what *_she_* is into?" or "do you know what *_he_* is into?" no need to say "do you know what *_they_* are into?" unless that person was not sure what they are or is choosing to be nonconforming.

If you haven't heard this advice yet: move all your furniture into one room and put food that can go off outside in a bag so it can be cold. Close all windows with as many layers as possible. If there will be direct sun shining into a window, uncover it then and cover the window once the sun has gone over. If you have plants, take them in there with you for fresh air. Cover all vents and openings into & out of the room. Your body heat can heat up the room but you need as much isolation (furniture, window coverings etc.) as possible

-Have you brushed your teeth?
-Have you turned off AutoPlay?
-Have you turned down your brightness and set on the blue light filter?
-Have you turned out all the lights? (Unless you sleep with a nightlight, which is perfectly fine! đ
-Did you take the meds you're supposed to take?
-Don't forget things like your retainer, back brace, or anything like that đ
Make sure you are comfortable, and if you still can't fall asleep it's probably because something is worrying you. My favorite way is to, well 1 listen to Gibi Asmr, and 2 to focus on my breathing and use the military technique. Start by relaxing your toes, then your feet, then your ankles, and work all the way up to your head. Then start to clear your mind and zone out.
If that still doesn't work, it's okay đ, don't give up, and here's a few tips:
-Don't look at your phone before bed
-Make sure your room isn't too hot, you sleep better when its colder
-If you can't sleep even with a nightlight, try turning it off, the dark is actually pretty calming
-Try an eye mask
-Wake up earlier and be persistent with your sleeping schedule
