    Okay. This is not a joke. I am honestly asking this in all seriousness of the situation.
    Okay.
    I have roughly 3000 new thoughts per second of every day all day long while im awake. I have the opposite problem is locking onto a thought long enough to get my piint across. (If i was going to extragerate the number it would be something like 30000000000000000 thoughts per second) um so any answers as to help with to many thoughts i cant lock onto.
    anyway after staying at this screen for 10 minutes with video playing a loop i finaly got all i wanted typed out.

      For locking onto a thought, use Stuart Lichtman's "Color Process" in his book "Make Your Life a 10"
      If this thought had a color, what color would it be? How many gallons? How hot? etc.
