Horse pulls have been a long time tradition at the Springfield Fair, going further back than a 164 years of history. This tradition remains strong in 2014 with a great lineup of Eastern Maine Draft Horse teams. It was a beautiful Saturday for the event.

Caras Life on the Farm They were Granite Blocks of specific weights. They'd add a little more each time the horses successfully pulled the load 12 feet or more.
