It's been 2 months since I started watching her and my life has changed alottttttt! I have achieved half of my dream things without chasing them and I practice gratefulness everyday. I was a really introverted person and the thought of talking to someone shivered me and I was new in a school in a new country because we shifted so I had to start from the start. I used to never talk to anyone myself than used to wonder why they don't like me but now I start conversations with anyone and my school days are becoming much better... I got rid of Male validation and my old crush is interested but I don't care anymore! I cut off all toxic people and my friends which was difficult but I just did IT FOR MYSELF CUZ I MATTER TO MYSELF ONLY! I also stopped scrolling unnecessarily and I sorted out my routines and skin care stuff! I literally have changed so much for good and I am so happy just being with myself! I used to hate my face but now I look at myself for 15 minutes in the mirror and start posing like a model! I study so that I can get scholarship and my gawdddddd! Everything she said in this video was so right and I agreed with ittttt! Cuz I don't chase anyone anymore but heaps of abundant people came to my life this year and I so happy for all this! She changed my life for good! I even have her posters with self love quotes on them in my room so that I know and remember that I can do it too! She inspires me and she is like my big sister! I always watch her videos as a part of self love to do list... thank you so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhh TAM ! The fact that u r the only brown girl (I know) who does this inspires me even more cuz I used to think that I am brown so my life is gonna be in hand of others but not nowwwwwwwww! Thank you so muchhhhhhhhhhhhh tammmmmmm!!!!!!

Agree w Tam’s point that you should communicate your needs when your partner isn’t meeting them. I’d also love to add something my therapist said about needs my partner struggled to meet sometimes due to time constraints and small misunderstandings between our love languages: anything my partner can provide me, I can find a way to provide myself and nurture in myself. Really helpful for being more independent and being able to recognize when the relationship you’re in isn’t worth it bc you can give yourself everything you want from someone else
