Our garden is under construction but we hope to open it up to public in the near future! Follow us if you love Japanese maples and want to know what's happening in our garden! In this channel, we focus on walking thru our Japanese maple bonsai garden throughout all seasons, discussing how to prune Japanese maples, how to air layer Japanese maples, how to propagate Japanese maples and how to take care of them including pruning, fertilizing, etc.

The North East looks like a bit heaven. Ideal bonsai growing environment. You are very lucky.

It's mapletastic 🍁 , the range of colours is just lovely to see in spring, really impressive mate.
Keep up the good work it's inspirational.
Haha first time seeing the word "mapletastic" and I love it :) yes that's what I LOVE about JMs with so many colors that change daily in spring - amazing!

Hi Awsome trees! At 4:39 time stamp was that a redbud tree? Its very nice!Have you ever had it grow flowers? Thanks!
Thanks! That's Katsura tree (Cercidiphyllum) - interesting leaf shape and very beautiful fall colors!!!
Beautiful as always. I am curious what is the name of the Japanese maple at 1:33 in the video. It's such a amazing looking maple. Thanks
That's Katsura Japanese Maple. They shoot out orange/yellow leaves in Spring, turn to green in summer then colorful fall colors in fall. Smaller than normal leaves naturally, it's amazing! :)
Thank you for sharing your beautiful maples. This is inspiring!
I would love to hear your thoughts on my recent “Seigen?” Video. 🙏🏽 🪴 🍁
Amazing! Howd u manage to get ur hands on a beni chidori? I see they are very hard to find in the US. I wonder if they have another name or a similar cultivar. Great walkthrough love it
Thanks as always! I got this from my friend who imported them legally from Canada. Beni Chidori and Seigen are the ones I want but they are so hard to find in the US! (And some JM that are claimed to be them but they are often not) 😔
Some of them look like the leaves are drooping. I have a new one Autumn moon with drooping leaves also. Leaves just came out this week. Is the drooping normal in young leaves in some of these japanese maples?
Yes that's totally normal for some JMs when they leaf out!
