Any way to change the 60% part what if I payed into it through other jobs where dose that money go when I don't work for theam anymore dose it get expunged? Or am I allowed to use those wages after I have been laid off?

Can PFL be take 1 week at a time?

For PFL do have to certify every week .? Not sure how it works am currently a caregiver for my son due to to health issues

My mom is a senior citizen and she's going to have knee surgery. I will be the only one caring for her. Does her knee surgery qualify for me to take FMLA and for how long?
It's knee replacement surgery and I will take care of her and take her to physical therapy appointments.

@@David-up2uj yes. Her doctor said that I would qualify as her caretaker under FMLA. The doctor just has to fill out the forms.
