I went hard at the gym. I got kicked out my house because my dad thought I was on drugs because I was workin night shift and I will help him out during the day. I cried like I’ve never done before i just don’t want him to work and get hurt and me not be there. I wanted to make sure he was okay at all times. I’m hanging on there, lot of people say I lost all my gainz. I feel sad but I’m workin on myself once again. Just praying to god to guide.

After years of mma i started weightlifting (an eye problem that is okay now but could at any strike degenerate into something bad) and the feeling sure is different but I've never felt this strong in my entire life. My bench/squat/deadlift sure are weak now but fuck feeling yourself being able to lift more than ever is one of the most gratifying feeling in the world
Your video are so powerful to listen in the gym it's crazy, i've tried a lot of music style but squatting while listening to your videos is probably the most intense thing i could think of
