I appreciate these vids. You tell it like it is without being all up in ny face about how I need to buy your book or whatever. Too many obnoxious influencers on this site, so this is refreshing.

The biggest thing I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older is to keep things to myself! No reason to share the private details of your life to others, especially finances. I feel like it’s made my husband and I more successful, as weird as that sounds. Thanks for the wonderful video as always ❤️

Thanks for doing this. BTW - my office is in a closet @ home :-D Our condo is a 3 bedroom and I needed a quiet room for work & meetings. It has a bunch of art and crystals in it, a mandala tapestry, a fan, a nice desk with dual screens, and an exercise ball to sit on. LOL.

Absolutely agree with you, thanks Tony ✨ The funny thing is that I knew and understood all that and I still got into a credit card debt without having a good amount of savings. I had had some saved money which would be enough to pay for the month, if I had a trouble. So I was sure I'd calculated everything and wouldn't have any financial problems a few next months. But right then my cat had a severe accident and he had to go through an operation that for me as someone with a debt was quite expensive 😅 I have a relatively small debt, but it's still debt. So now I decided that those 2 rules work fine for me: a) no spendings that you can avoid, if you have no savings (ideally a few month's worth of expenses); b) no credit card purchases that are more expensive than your monthly paycheck.
I really liked your advice here, I hope more people would be mindful of their finances - I know adults in their 30-40s who already have 5000-6000$ credit card debts and a mortgage but they still keep using their credit cards and do unnecessary emotional purchases 🤯 Crazy people... 😅

I know this was meant to be for ASMR, but thank you so mich for creating it anyway. I took some valuable advice/tips & self-inprovement thoughts away.
It felt like a chat with an older brother or some person who has just been through more. Which is so valuable for people who don’t have a person they can talk to about that comfortably with IRL (more formal videos will just give you information without the MINDSET)
As someone who is moving away from home & getting their first (TINY) paychecks later this year, I NEED to develop solid habits now- my parents have sheltered me through my degree but I want to be independent

I feel like this is great information but it is also coming from a privileged place. I am a salaried employee coming right out of college and even 50k a year (which I don’t make) is not even 4k a month. If rent is an average of 2k a month there is like realistically no way to save with the price of everything right now. Pretty soon with student loan payments I am going to be drowning, it just feels impossible. I don’t want to have three jobs at one time and be killing myself just to stay alive, it’s horrible.

How do you think this is coming from a place of privilege?. The average income in this country is a little over 40, 000, if you are making an income like that you need to make sure it stretches. Your situation sounds very familiar to lots of other people and I don't think suggesting working extra or having a side hustle is coming from a place of privilege at all, it's just a stark reality.
