    Thank you so much for the insight because I was trying to figure out how to make one for my daughter who does dead lifting and she just mastered 200 pounds although I wanted to make the weights look the same colors as the one that she listed but it’s three different colors so I’m not sure how I would do that because it’s three different weights on one rod if that makes sense so I’m not sure how I would do that but I’m sure there’s a way if I really wanted to do it but thanks for the info the insight in the inspiration well done!!! 💪🏼

    Brilliant!! Such a good idea! What would you say to you recipient with the boards being on one side and the rice crispy treats being I side?

      @SweetieDarlingCakes  Před 6 lety

      Thank you so much!! I told them to pull the cakes down so they laid like normal cakes. That way the boards are underneath and then I just let them know the very right hand side was rice krispie treats :) xx

    Great tutorial Billie. I currently am a hobby baker and have recently had a nightmare with the fondant I've used, regal ice, renshaw and supermarket brands all tear and go elephant skin. I would love to try the Massa Ticino that you love but it's just way to expensive for me, can you recommend any other brands? Would love to hear from you.

      Melly D hi Melly! Thank you! Ah I know your pain. I’m afraid there is nothing else I could recommend now. I used to use Renshaw and had the same problem as you, then I moved to Satin Ice, which didn’t tear as easily but was an absolute nightmare for air bubbles and then I found massa and I would never switch back to anything else. It is more expensive but it goes further than other pastes do because you can get away with rolling it much more thinly. The Cake Decorating Company quite often do offers on Massa Ticino so it may be worth trying there. I’m really sorry there isn’t anything else I can suggest xx
