If that poly came out that strong with every instance he did, this would have been top 10 elims! Perfect atmosphere, dynamic fluctuations between high and low sounds and the ability to move the crowd in that way is insane! WEDEEDID!!
WEEDEEDEE - I'm really proud of Stitch, he really seemed to enjoy just being there and showcasing his music! So stoked he got the chance to perform at GBB, the crowd control and the special 626-sound was NUTS!!
Stitch will be a forefront of beatbox in the near future. He'll push the creative limits of musicality and we'll be there to witness it 🎶

Stitch can do so much better, I'm sure its just the big stage and conditions. Some sounds were a little weak and the polyphonic at the end was a little off. Seriously cant wait to see more of him! 🇲🇾
His nasal sounds in particular didn't come out. It was so apparent in the livestream and I assume even more so live.
I figure it was mic technique as he did not hold the mic up to his nose while doing those sounds. But what do I know my only experience is with cheap trashy mics.
Flow was inconsistent, which is crucial. But as a musical showcase of a beatboxer it was enjoyable. Personally, I am happy for him that he had an opportunity to perform at GBB
@@nasknifeboi yeah it was super weak in person unfortunately it was super windy everyday and dry so we all had throat and lip problems that could be a reason or maybe he was nervous. This years elim wasn’t as good as he could have done but let’s hope he returns !
At the end of the day I think it's just his experience with performing on such a huge stage and that next time itll be much better. His mic technique wasn't good cause he was using polyphonic but cupping the mic. Also he was a bit pitchy during the performance.

Stitch is literally growing to be my favorite beatboxer ever, and I found him literally in May lmao. His personality is insane, his musicality is insane, overall talented as hell!
Also helps that he looks like my best friend but hey AHAHAHAH
I get why he didn't pass, but my god did this performance make me happy, especially with how the crowd hyped him up 🥰
A lot of his sounds were off and he didn't preform nearly as well as he could of so just probably had to do with it
Sound quality is real enemy to beatboxers..... I don't know why but this mic or maybe speaker really high quality that even make sound so......pitchy

Maybe it didn't come out perfect just yet, but the control he had over the crowd still gives me goosebumps man
The thing about Stitch that impresses the most is the fact he is just having fun. He didn't use 1/3 of the amount of technicalities that the others use, but the few ones he used are just so on point and so original that out shades all of the beatboxers. And the musicality, for f*** sake! One of my favorites for sure. Hugs from 🇵🇹

idk if it's the mic or the mix but there's something off, some sounds are barely picked up or sound very weak, sound quality seemed better in 2019
@@Phals I get your point. I have the same feeling with Vocodah's inward bass. I guess (idk) it was between the mic specificities and the mic technique. But the sound , overall, is amazing tho
@@joaosousa2062 Yeah my guess would be the mic too considering how bad it sounded in the livestream, but I guess the sponsorship with the mic brand was needed to organize an event that big.. too bad it's such a downgrade even though they managed to make it sound fine
@@Phals the stream was just a bad mic encoder, it wasnt the microphone. Also i think its the mic technique but im not 100% sure as i dont use a dynamic mic
@@Phalsbro but remember that we live almost 2 years of online beatbox; each beatboxer had its own mic, with its defined properties and preset EQ's to make the most of its capabilities. we were used to times when each artist sounded good (despite all the constraints associated with sending beats online), in this case the mic was the same for everyone and it is well known that some sounds are very difficult to perform live, much more in a avenue so big.
